If you are interested in submitting a Mesothelioma Survivor ‘Stories Of Hope’ Submission and do not feel comfortable using our contact form, please use the form to make an initial contact with us stating your intention, and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note, however, that we are only able to respond via e-mail and requests for contact via phone or any other method will be discarded. You also do not need to provide us with your name or other ‘real world’ contact information if you wish for this information to be kept confidential, however you must provide us with at least an e-mail address with which to contact you.
