Purpose: The purpose of this trial is to:

Assess whether drug can hinder division, growth or lifespan of cancer cells
Assess effectiveness of treatment on patients
Monitor any side effects from use of treatment

Eligibility: To be eligible to join this clinical trial you must:

Be at least 13 years old if you have osteosarcoma, or 18 years old in any other circumstances
Have a measurable disease
Not have had chemotherapy for at least six weeks
Not have had radiation therapy to the brain for at least four weeks
Not have had surgery for at least four weeks
